Yes, everything you see on our website can be shipped to your address. Please allow a few extra days for dangerous goods delivery, as the courier companies have only set days per week to deliver these.

We endeavor to pack and send within 24 - 48 hours of receiving an order*

Please note, we generally pack and send Tuesdays - Fridays most of the year **

Expected delivery times:

• North Island – 2 - 5 business days.
• South Island – 1 - 2 business days.
• Rural Delivery/ dangerous goods – Expect additional 3-4 days delivery.

*Some exceptions may apply such as bulky shipments and out of stock items. **We may pack and send only 1 to 2 times per week in winter due to order volumes

You will receive a fulfilment email as soon as your order is packed and ready for the courier. In this email you will receive a courier tracking number. Please refer to these tracking details to see the progress of your order

Shipping is calculated during the check out phase based on the size of the items in your cart. Shipping is from $9 nation wide.

Shipping will have a final calculation before goods are sent. Any overcharge of shipping will be refunded back onto your card.

Yes, we send standard airfreight world wide and have tracked courier options to Australia. Shipping overseas is via NZ Post.

Online shipping rates are for items 2kg and under. Please contact for other options including surfboard rates

Where possible, our website reflects our current stock levels. In circumstances where our stock levels are out of sync, and your order can't be processed we will contact you offering a timeline for restock and send, alternate product options or an immediate refund for the products that cannot be supplied.
